Mackenzie Furlett is a performer based in New York. Originally from a suburb of Chicago (Vernon Hills, IL), she grew up wanting to do everything her sister did, leading her to theatre. It was when she performed in the musical Big Fish her sophomore year of high school that she truly fell in love with storytelling.

Mackenzie received her BFA in Musical Theatre and minor in Educational Studies from Syracuse University, where she performed in shows, studied in at Shakespeare’s Globe in London, and participated in the Tepper Semester in NYC. Outside of theatre, she was a proud member of the Syracuse accapella group Groovestand.

When she’s not performing, she loves to crochet, listen to groovy tunes, and hang out with her friends!
